#RunLa Chat is a Twitter chat that we are hosting every second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 8 p.m. The chat is a half-hour long, encouraging runners across the state of Louisiana to connect and share general and personal knowledge about running. Not to mention, there’s usually some goofing off behind the moderators back as well!
The chat follows a four question format, one question every seven minutes. These questions are asked by the #RunLA Chat moderators. Moderators will use a Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 to lead off questions and participants are asked to respond with A1, A2, A3, and A4 to keep the chat organized. Make sure you follow the hashtag #RunLA and not #RunLA Chat if you are on Twitter.
