As marathon season inches closer and we begin to ramp up our training, some of us need to think about incorporating different types of workouts to meet the demands of courses we’ll be racing on come fall. This week, CYJ Blogger Nick outlines his plans for hill training in Lake Charles. I also know a runner that claims to do Ironman hill training by running up I-210 bridge. This is the insane option. Drive up that bridge, I challenge you to find a space to run on. Don’t be tempted with this hill, you’ll die.
