Our Runner of the Week is die hard distance runner, Liz Van Savage. This 49 year old from Shreveport, La started running as a kid when she ran cross country for school and with the exception of brief college weight gain and three pregnancies as down times, this running momma hasn’t stopped her stride at all! Suffering from an IT Band injury a few years back and looking for solutions, Liz read Born To Run by Christopher McDougall and after months and months of training into her 5 Fingers, her injuries had disappeared. Check out what this barefoot bombshell has to say to our running questions!
